お客さん髪の毛の量が多いので
長さだけじゃなくて
量も少なく軽い感じにしたいです。

but also the volume for a lighter feel.

サイドの毛量は少し落として（スッキリさせ）、
裾はイレギュラーに跳ねる感じにして（軽さを出し）、
トップは少し短く（してボリュームを出す）
というのではいかがでしょう？

lightning the hair volume on the sides (for a cleaner look),
creating an irregular bounce at the ends (for a lighter feel), and
trimming the top slightly to add volume?

お客さん前髪がどうしても湿度でうねったりするので、
是非、前髪を自然なストレートでお願いします。
My bangs tend to get wavy in humid weather,
